Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift

Job Details:

For our Full-Time Night Shift LPN, we're looking at someone for full-time hours to assist in medication pass and emergencies during our 12-hour nights. Pay differential is included.

Shifts: Nights 7p-7a

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an outpatient settings.

Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care to meet those needs.

Perform nursing assessments and interventions to ensure quality patient care.

Document patient progress and treatments in the medical record.

Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.

Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.

Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.

Provide excellent care!

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of GA

1 year experience as an LPN preferred

Active BLS from either the AHA or ARC

Ability to pass a background check

BLS Certification
