What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to overnight expert for general maintenance, safety checks, and guest support. Every shift brings something new—whether you’re troubleshooting electrical issues, fixing plumbing problems, performing preventive maintenance, or responding to guest needs with professionalism and a friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Complete maintenance work orders quickly and accurately

Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical tasks

Conduct nightly rounds, identify issues, and ensure guest and property safety

Support preventive maintenance for guest rooms, equipment, HVAC systems, and more

Assist with special projects and collaborate with the engineering team

Maintain clean, organized workspaces and proper tool care

Provide excellent guest service and resolve concerns with confidence

Basic Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Some experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field (or willingness to learn)

Ability to read simple instructions and complete basic math

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and carrying equipment

Willing to work around machinery, chemicals, and outdoor conditions
