Machine Operator - Injection Molding Operator - 1st Shift

Job Summary: Operate injection molding presses.

Duties & Responsibilities: * Manually degating molded parts from their runners * Visual and microscope inspection of molded products to engineering specifications and drawings * Sorting, inspection and secondary processes as needed * Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * 2 years' experience in direct manufacturing * Experience with injection molding a plus * Must be able to sit/stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day * Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds * Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time Competitive Pay & Benefits: * Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays * Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance * HSA and FSA accounts * 401k with company matching and profit sharing * Tuition reimbursement
