Job Title: Press Machine Operator (2nd Shift)
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

As a Press Machine Operator, you'll support daily operations in the press department, monitor machine functionality, and ensure finished parts meet strict quality specifications. If you enjoy working with machinery and strive for precision, this is the opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
As a press machine operator, you will:
Interpret and follow detailed work instructions and production specifications to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor and adjust machines during operation to maintain optimal performance and product quality.
Support feeding, cooling, and lubrication processes to keep machines running efficiently.
Assemble, align, and secure workpieces in fixtures before machining.
Inspect finished parts using gauges and measuring tools to verify specifications.
Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning machines and adding coolant to prevent downtime.
Follow standard operating procedures and quality work plans to uphold safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support cross-training in multiple work areas to promote versatility within the team.
What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have:
A High School Diploma or GED.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and good work ethic.
Basic math, measurement, and reading skills.
Ability to follow written instructions and technical documentation.
Mechanical aptitude or previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks safely.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
