Associate Applications Analyst, ETO

Description Position Title: Associate Applications Analyst - ETO Your Role Individual contributor responsible for supporting Change Management, Problem Management, and Disaster Recovery processes.

Assists in management of end-to-end processes to ensure optimal overall performance, adherence and efficiency.

Provides basic analytical support through process execution.

Ensures that processes meet all regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Assists in Disaster Recovery testing.

Your Impact * Facilitate the Change Management process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and approvals * Facilitate the Problem Management process, tracking significant issues to root cause resolution * Analyze incident data to identify significant issues to track as Problems * Partner with IT support teams to document Disaster Recovery details for support and recovery * Partner with Business Continuity and IT Security teams to coordinate recoverability of IT systems * Partner with IT support, Business Continuity, and IT Security on testing and validation of recoverability and communications * Interact with IT support teams to give guidance, provide training, and partner to execute necessary process work * Create and maintain dashboards and reports within IT Service Management tool (ServiceNow) * Audit and maintain services and application details supporting Disaster Recovery in the configuration management database * Participate in process design reviews, improvements, and implementations Click here for benefit details related to this position.

Minimum Salary: $76,700.00 Maximum Salary: $101,955.00 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown.

Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications Your Experience * Understanding of ITIL processes * Strong analytical skills * Effective communication skills * Ability to work independently and as a member of cross-functional team * Ability to multi-task and prioritize work * Effective judgment and problem-solving skills * Ability to build and maintain business relationships * Experience with ServiceNow preferred * 3 to 7 years of experience in technology or process roles * 4-year degree in business, information systems, or equivalent and appropriate work experience * ITIL Foundations certification preferred We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
