About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Program Manager – B2B Sales Strategy & Operations to work closely with the CEO Office and senior leadership at Tata Electronics. This is not a frontline sales role—rather, it is a strategic business PMO position focused on B2B sales program governance, reporting, and customer engagement tracking.
The ideal candidate has hands-on B2B sales experience, preferably having supported top-tier clients in the Technology or Electronics industry. They should be able to translate complex sales and business inputs into executive-ready presentations and provide leadership with data-driven insights for strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Track key B2B sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
Consolidate and analyze customer engagement and sales data across teams and business units.
Structure and design executive-level presentations for customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
Prepare weekly and quarterly business reports for the CEO Office by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic sales decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA preferred from top B school.
6–9 years of experience in B2B sales program management
Hands-on B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to top-tier clients.
Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Experience in Technology, Electronics, or Manufacturing sectors preferred.
