You will design and implement the systems that shape how people grow — from new hires to emerging executives — ensuring our training drives measurable performance, retention, leadership depth, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
As our Learning & Development Leader, you will:
Design and lead a comprehensive organizational learning strategy
Build onboarding programs that reduce ramp time and accelerate productivity
Create structured leadership development pathways across departments
Develop engaging multimedia training content (videos, LMS modules, workbooks, certifications)
Own and optimize our Learning Management System (Absorb preferred)
Align recruiting, onboarding, and role-specific training into a seamless development journey
Define and track training KPIs tied directly to business performance
Continuously improve programs using data, feedback, and field insights
Partner with executive leadership to drive development aligned with company growth goals

What You Bring
5–7 years of experience in Organizational Learning & Development or Training Leadership
Proven success designing and implementing high-impact training programs
Strong emotional intelligence and cross-functional leadership skills
Experience managing and optimizing LMS platforms (Absorb preferred)
Executive coaching or consulting background (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems from inception
