Quality Coordinator

What You Will Be DoingLeading and maintaining all required automotive industry quality compliance procedures.Acting as a liaison with suppliers and customers regarding quality requests, testing processes, and product performance.Managing quality performance metrics and overseeing the quality system.Supervising one Quality Inspector (hourly employee).Conducting supplier audits across the U.S.

approximately every 5–6 weeks once fully ramped up.

What We Need From You To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:At least 3 years of experience in a similar quality focused role.Background in automotive, fasteners, or metals manufacturing/distribution.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Strong knowledge of automotive quality processes and tools.Proven ability to work independently with strong self motivation and follow through.

All-Star Skillset The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:Experience specifically with fasteners or metal products.Bachelor’s degree.
