Backend Java Developer Location: McLean, VA - onsite - 5 days/week Description: They’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join an Agile team responsible for a mission-critical web platform.

You’ll work on stabilizing and enhancing existing systems while driving modernization using Java and AWS.

This role suits a pragmatic, hands-on engineer who enjoys owning backend systems end-to-end and shaping technical direction in a regulated environment.

What You’ll DoDesign, build, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring BootDevelop and evolve microservices and REST APIsModernize legacy backend components while ensuring system stabilityDesign and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
