Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, experienced handyman who takes pride in quality work and can handle a variety of repair and renovation tasks. This is NOT a full-time job; it is based on the jobs we have, yet it is steady. We need someone dependable who can work independently, solve problems, and help keep projects moving.

$25 - $40 hourlyResponsibilities:
General handyman work (repairs, replacements, installations)
Drywall patching and minor finishing
Painting and touch-ups
Basic plumbing and electrical (non-licensed tasks)
Flooring repairs/installations
Trim and door adjustments
Fixture installation
Light demolition and prep work
Punch list completion
Materials pickup and job site organization
Keeping projects clean, safe, and movingQualifications:
Highly experienced across many trades
Hard-working, dependable, practical
Not overly concerned about title or corporate structure
Takes pride in doing things right
