Inventory Coordinator (3-Month Temporary Assignment)

Position Details:

Pay: $19.23 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Location: Columbus, OH 43215

Manage shipping and receiving for all surgical inventory

Communicate with teams on surgical case requirements and timelines

Review and clarify requests from sales teams, addressing surgery-related inventory issues

Place orders to ensure adequate surgical coverage

Assemble and prepare surgical instruments and implants for hospital delivery

Respond to incoming and outgoing inventory inquiries

Perform instrument assembly as needed Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required (College Degree preferred)

Ability to lift boxes and instrument trays as needed

Strong interest in the medical device/orthopedic field

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
