Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon - Fri (OT as needed)

You'll be responsible for keeping shifts smooth, teams sharp, and the whole operation running like a machine. Sound like you?

What's Required:

High school diploma or GED required; extra training is always a plus

At least 3 years of warehouse leadership experience 5 years in a warehouse environment

Know your way around WMS, inventory systems, and basic computer tools

Strong communication skills - motivate the crew and solve problems quickly

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Experience with WMS and Microsoft Office

Stay active on your feet, lift 50 lbs, and keep the pace steady

Take charge of daily ops from receiving to shipping

Keep schedules tight and shifts fully covered

Track shipments, orders, and inventory to avoid mistakes

Train and coach your team while making safety the top priority
