The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters, including Commercial Litigation, Construction, Real Estate, Business Law, and Estate Planning.
This role requires a strong understanding of courtroom procedures, excellent legal writing skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field.

Responsibilities: As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your key responsibilities will include: 1.
Representing clients in court proceedings, demonstrating a thorough understanding of courtroom procedures and etiquette.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of legal documents with precision and a keen eye for detail.
3.
Managing Commercial Litigation cases, including conducting discovery, preparing for trial, and advocating for our clients.
4.
Providing legal guidance on Construction and Real Estate matters, including contract disputes, property rights, and zoning issues.
5.
Advising businesses on legal issues, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.
6.
Developing comprehensive Estate Planning strategies for clients, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
7.
Conducting legal research and analysis to inform case strategy and provide accurate advice to clients.
8.
Collaborating with the legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: 1.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on Commercial Litigation, Construction, Real Estate, Business Law, and Estate Planning.
3.
Admission to the state bar.
4.
Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
5.
Strong litigation skills, with experience representing clients in court proceedings.
6.
Knowledge of Construction and Real Estate law, with the ability to provide practical legal advice on these matters.
7.
Experience in Business Law, with a solid understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues.
8.
Expertise in Estate Planning, with the ability to develop effective estate planning strategies for clients.
