Employment Type: Full-time.

Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, schedules vary between 8:00 am to 5:30 pm;

When: ASAP.

Looking for an Associate Teacherfor a progressive preschool in the Irvine area. We are only interested in candidates who have a passion for the field and meet all the requirements listed. All applicants must have the ability to collaboratively implement an emergent curriculum. Teachers must be open to working with all ages within our programming, be flexible, genuinely resonate with our unique philosophy, and have an eagerness to grow within our school.

Requirements:

12 ECE units (B.A. or B.S. Preferred).

3 Years of Classroom Teaching Experience.

Qualify for the Master Teacher Permit or B.A. in Child Development or equivalent.

At least two years in a classroom and working with a team.

Fluent in English and Mandarin; ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Must be able to sit, stand, crawl, or crouch for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: Hourly rate is based on experience, education, and position. Medical, dental, and vision benefits. 401K. Paid holidays.
