We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and disciplined individual to join our team in the Buffalo, NY region!

Position: Cleaner/Light Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $18 - $22/hour (based on experience) Full-time 40 hours a week

Key Responsibilities of the Cleaner/Light Maintenance Technician role:

Schedules, coordinates, monitors, and performs all janitorial duties and assist with light maintenance duties at designated site.

Maintains the overall cleanliness, appearance and upkeep of the property, indoors and outdoors.

Ensures thorough and proper cleaning of all common areas, taking pride in your craftsmanship.

Demonstrates initiative and accountability in daily tasks.

Performs snow removal and landscaping if needed and assigned.

Assists with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs.

Regularly inspects the property to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal are maintained.

Works professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with the team.

Performs other duties as assigned and commits to promoting company culture, mission and values.

Essential Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

2 years' minimum experience related to grounds, janitorial, light maintenance and building systems.

Experience in property management is a plus!

Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and ability to respond to On-call.

Required use of a personal cell phone (reimbursement included).
