Job Title: Technology Services Intern
Overview:
As a Technology Services Intern, you willwork alongside your mentor and fellow team members on a strategic projectdesigned to improve our operational effectiveness. Through research, analysis, andcollaboration, you will develop a greater understanding of German American'sTechnology team and the meaningful work they do to support the organization.
What You'll Do:
A Day in the Life - You'll partner with technology teamson an assigned project, gaining exposure to different areas of the bank'stechnology environment while supporting analysis, documentation, and solutionevaluation. You'll also learn how technology initiatives are planned, executed,and supported within a regulated financial services organization. Your program capstone includes a formalpresentation to share information about your project and provide arecommendation for the best next steps for carrying the project forward.
What it Takes:
Thisinternship is for an undergraduate student in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in InformationTechnology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, and related coursesof study from anaccredited college/university with a minimum GPA of 2.8 (cumulative). To thrivein this role, you must have outstanding work ethic, project and time managementskills, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail andability to work well individually and in teams. Being highly motivated,resourceful and results-driven will help you to complete the necessarymilestones of the project. You must also have the ability to ask questions, aswell as provide and receive feedback. Access to reliable transportation forvarious training and networking events is required.
