Production Worker (FB)

Pay & Schedule:

Starting pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Some overtime may be required on Fridays or after regular shifts

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, mix, and prepare batches of adhesive products according to production specifications

• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment

• Operate equipment safely and follow standard operating procedures

• Assist with loading/unloading materials using a forklift (training and certification provided)

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines

• Accurately follow written and verbal instructions to ensure product quality

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and handle up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions in English

• Must be reliable, with consistent attendance, and willing to stay for overtime when needed

• Able to work well with a team and adapt to different tasks as assigned

• Willingness to work with chemicals, and undergo forklift training and certification

• Prior manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
