* 5 years of experience in software engineering, with experience in delivering software solutions.

* Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.

Preferred qualifications: * Experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go). * Experience developing agentic workflows and AI Agents.

* Ability to test existing assumptions, navigate through technical ambiguity, and drive solutions to delivery.

* Ability to present options, advocate for a direction, adapt when presented with new data or opinions.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to author comprehensive technical designs.

* Passion for full-stack development with the ability to deliver front-end experiences, well designed secure back ends, and scalable and compliant data pipelines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities * Write product or system development code.

* Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.

* Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency). * Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.

* Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
