#LI-RK2 Role: SharePoint Online Specialist Location: Ohio (OH) - Onsite/Hybrid (as applicable) Experience Level: Junior to Mid-Level Type: Contract / Full-Time (adjust as needed) We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients in Ohio for a SharePoint Online Specialist with a strong focus on site migration and workflow automation.
? Key Responsibilities * Assist in evaluating, migrating, and modernizing existing SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online.
* Work on transitioning legacy InfoPath forms and workflows to modern automation tools.
* Support development and enhancement of SharePoint Online sites across business teams, especially within the Legal department.
* If experienced with the Power Platform, help design and build workflow automation solutions using Power Automate, replacing processes impacted by InfoPath retirement.
* Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve usability and efficiency.
? Must-Have Skills * Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (SPO). * Experience in migrating SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online.
* Understanding of Power Automate; broader Power Platform experience is a plus.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support business stakeholders.
? Nice-to-Have Skills * Experience with InfoPath replacement strategies.
* Exposure to SharePoint development/customization.
* Basic understanding of workflow automation concepts.
