Established in 1972, Anodyne is a leader in providing superior services to individuals in Eastern MA and surrounding areas. Our rapidly growing Shared Living/AFC Department has an immediate, full-time opening for a Shared Living Program Manager.

Overview:

The Shared Living (SL) Program Manager will ensure smooth daily operations and coordination of Anodyne's Shared Living Department, provide support on matters of contractual requirements, administrative procedures, and personnel, either through direct action or as a liaison with Anodyne's management team as appropriate. The SL Program Manager is responsible for the program's growth and sustainability and assures the services meet the consumer's needs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the daily activities of the SL Department and staff to ensure smooth daily operations that meet the consumer's needs.

• Providing case management services to a consumer case load.

• Developing Individual Support Plans in conjunction with department and regulatory standards. Coordinating plan implementation.

• Providing supervision and consultation to SL Providers regarding work with consumers and implementation of Individual Support Plans.

• Secures SL Provider selection, training, retention and performance management. Participate in all activities designed to enhance and build an active network of SL Providers.

• Assisting with emergency coverage and crisis intervention support for all consumers as needed.

• Participate in Quarterly Human Rights Meetings, Monthly Positive Behavioral Support meetings and all Licensure and Certification Surveys.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in the human services or related field.

• Minimum five years supervisory experience in developmental disabilities, mental health, and adult services.

• Must be process and improvement oriented.

• Must model a positive outlook and have the ability to foster teamwork, collaboration and promote cooperative working relationships.

• Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.

• Must possess excellent oral, written and telephone communication skills.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel (locally) to perform essential functions of position.
