Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute marketing programs that support company goals and brand strategy.
Lead the development, launch, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns, including defining objectives and KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including sales, product, creative, and operations-to ensure alignment on messaging, timelines, and deliverables.
Conduct competitive analysis and review market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing direction.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
Communicate project updates, timelines, and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Support the development and maintenance of marketing processes, tools and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Five or more years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
