We are seeking a detail-oriented and mission-focused Logistician to support government programs by managing and coordinating logistics operations, asset tracking, and supply chain activities.
The ideal candidate will ensure accountability, compliance, and timely delivery of government-furnished equipment (GFE) and materials in support of program objectives.
Key Responsibilities * Manage lifecycle logistics for government-furnished property (GFP), including receipt, tracking, inventory, and disposition * Maintain accurate records in accordance with federal regulations and company policies * Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and material movement.
* Monitor inventory levels and recommend procurement or redistribution actions as needed * Prepare and process required documentation (e.g., DD1149s, shipping manifests, property transfer forms) * Conduct periodic audits and inventory reconciliation to ensure asset accountability * Support logistics planning for projects, including forecasting material needs and timelines * Collaborate with program managers, contracting officers, and supply chain personnel * Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
