Job Summary:

This position is responsible for converting technical insights into innovative and results-driven solutions for clients. Works closely with clients, account services, and cross-functional departments to develop smart solutions that improve operations and support business goals. Translates client objectives into actionable, buildable plans and supports projects from initial concept through successful execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Research and apply vendor specifications

Assist in operational assessments

Contribute to layout development

Participate in client meetings

Collaborate with internal teams on design intent

Review designs, layout plans, and visualizations for compliance with client vision

Prepare and review documentation

Translate technical concepts

Participate in weekly meetings and project management key milestone meetings

Perform other tasks to support new business and account services as needed

Minimum Education and Experience:

2 Year / Associate Degree or Equivalent Experience

3 - 5 years related experience and/or training

Position Requirements:

Proficient computer skills; ability to use MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of inventory management and order entry systems, such as SyteLine

Knowledge of foodservice operations; understanding of workflows, production processes, and customer service dynamics; ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend operational improvements

Knowledge of equipment design and specification to help clients select, design, and specify kitchen equipment, including millwork and stainless steel fabrication, to meet operational and compliance requirements

Communicates well with others; speaks and writes clearly; asks for and offers help when needed

Interpersonal; resolves questions and concerns in a professional manner; maintains confidentiality

Detail oriented; meets quality standards and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness

Organized; completes work in a timely manner; able to prioritize and meet deadlines

Problem-solver; gathers and analyzes information skillfully and generates suggestions for improving work

Capable of working independently and as a member of a team; contributes to building a positive team spirit
