CNC Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a **CNC Machine Operator** to join their team.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting machining operations.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** CNC Machine Operator **Location:** Carlos, MN **Pay Range:** $21+/hour **Shift:** Night: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 pm - 3:00 am **What's the Job?** + Operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) horizontal lathes, mills, or turning centers to perform machining operations such as turning, boring, facing, and threading parts + Read and interpret process sheets, blueprints, and sketches to determine operating requirements + Set up workpieces securely and start machining cycles, ensuring precision and quality + Perform in-process inspections and verify dimensional adjustments using gauges and measurement tools + Maintain machine coolant levels and monitor machine performance during operation **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or GED, or related on-the-job training or experience.

+ At least **1 year** of experience in a factory or manufacturing.

+ Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical instructions.

+ Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

+ Ability to follow simple instructions and apply common sense to carry out tasks.

+ Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive movements.
