Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician

ThedaCare is seeking a Physiatry physician to join our expanding team at ThedaCare Orthopedic, Spine & Pain in Appleton, WI.

Highly collaborative Multispecialty group all in one location. Integrated collegial culture. Practice conducive to high producing volumes due to growth strategy.

100% in clinic: Clinic case mix includes typical physiatry DX including but not limited to all spine and neurological outpatient. EMG competent, proficient in modalities such and clinic-based US guided injections etc.

INPT call rotation Nights and weekends (for IPR and inpt consults)

Dedicated CMA; shared Triage nurses dedicated to Pain and PM and R

Outreach to Oshkosh (1 day/week)

18- 27 in a 9 hr day

Team consists of:

APC: PM and R 1: Pain 4.5 FTE

Orthopedic Service Line at Legacy ThedaCare is 57 (Pain, Physiatry, PC SM, Ortho Surg, and Walk IN)
