About Our Client
Our client is an Ohio-based Design-Build General Contractor with a major data center project set to break ground in the near future. They are seeking a driven Project Manager who is eager to grow and advance alongside the company's extensive resources and expertise. Job Description
Manage on-site construction activities, including schedule oversight, cost control, quality assurance, safety compliance, and project closeout.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors while facilitating project meetings and communications.
Review contract documents, perform constructability and value engineering analyses, and ensure adherence to company and client policies.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, maintain project documentation, manage submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change orders, and assist with field problem resolution.
Oversee inspections, as-built documentation, and compile reports while supporting project planning, costing, and schedule updates.

The Successful Applicant
4-year engineering, construction management degree, or equivalent
10 or more years' experience as a Project Manager responsible for Profit and Loss of construction required in one or more of the following areas: Hyperscale Datacenters, Complex Industrial Projects, or Large Scale Vertical Construction
Must be able to apply effective management techniques to maximize project performance.
Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities is essential.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills.
Must have previous experience managing construction projects on large, complex and on multiple projects, scheduling and maintaining financial control of the project.
