This role ensures all client emails are properly logged, tracked, and escalated to the appropriate team. This position is ideal for someone detail\-oriented, tech\-savvy, and comfortable working evenings and weekends span>

Responsibilities<\/span>

Monitor a shared company email inbox for client inquiries<\/span>

Log tickets accurately into the internal system<\/span>

<\/p li>

Notify the on\-duty supervisor when tickets are logged<\/span>

<\/p li>

Ensure all inquiries are tracked and addressed promptly<\/span>

Prior data entry or customer service experience<\/span>
