Cafe Poolside Servers

Description

Private Country Club seeks seasonal cocktail waiter/waitress. Position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional poolside dining experience. Key responsibilities include taking customer orders, efficiently delivering food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to poolside tables, cabanas and lounge areas while maintaining high level of professionalism and hospitality.

The ideal candidate is energetic, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Customer Service greeting members and guests warmly, providing attentive service.

Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar and service staff.

Ensure proper presentation of all menu items before leaving the kitchen or bar

Assist servers and bartenders with restocking and maintaining server areas

Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines, checking IDs to verify legal age.

Monitor table and lounge areas to assist with cleaning tables, arranging chairs and restock service station if needed.

Assist with opening and closing side work duties.

Core requirements

Previous experience a plus.

Must have ability to stand/walk for long periods and carry trays.

Familiarity with standard cocktails, beer, and wine

Strong communication with kitchen and bar staff

Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

This position is weekend-focused, with majority of shifts occurring Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Pool operations typically close between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm, offering minimal late-night hours.
