As a Guest Services Assistant - In Resort, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our guests, helping them make the most of their time in resort. Working primarily indoors, you’ll provide friendly, face-to-face support, answer enquiries, and deliver accurate, timely information to ensure every guest feels welcomed and well cared for.

In this role, you’ll be a visible point of contact for many of our guests, assisting with a wide range of requests and helping resolve any questions or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. You’ll have the opportunity to make each interaction meaningful, contributing to a fun and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the high standards and integrity of our products and services.

Predominantly based indoors, this role may require you to work from time to time in an outdoor environment to help our guests.

It’s a unique role where your energy, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding customer service can make a real difference in the guest experience.

What You’ll Do

Proactively assist guests and consistently deliver a high standard of customer service

Provide accurate information and guidance to help guests enjoy their time at the resort

Respond to guest concerns or complaints with support from your Supervisor or Department Manager

Greet every guest with a friendly, approachable attitude

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a customer service–focused role

Confidence using computer systems and following established processes

Strong multitasking and organisational skills

Clear, professional communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach
