Job Description:*Install and configure MySQL on Linux/Unix systems to support business needs;

develop queries and procedures to provide customized solutions;*optimize query performance and tune databases to handle large datasets efficiently; develop shell scripts

and automate data quality checks between Oracle and MySQL databases; perform and administer MySQL

replication setups and configure batch jobs for data

transfer; provide database backups to disk and monitor database growth; test databases and applications,

troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary

modifications; use*MySQL, Percona, Microsoft SQL

Server, Oracle, Amazon Aurora and RDS.

Requirements:*Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems and Information Technology or Computer Science and Engineering plus 6 months of experience as Database*Administrator*or*MySQL Database Administrator
