Overview

BigBear.ai is seeking CNO Developers to provide custom software design and development of Computer Network Operations (CNO) tools and techniques. In this role, you will design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools, while participating in comprehensive software development processes. You will work on cutting-edge projects that require expertise in multiple programming languages and platforms, contributing to mission-critical capabilities.

Responsibilities

Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop CNO tools and capabilities.

Develop applications across multiple platforms:

Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments.

UNIX applications using makefiles or comparable build environments.

Embedded or mobile platform development.

Author documentation and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews in accordance with customer software development procedures and processes.

Utilize software version control tools (e.g., Subversion or CVS) to manage code repositories.

Debug software and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools.

Create and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.

Develop network socket programs, including packet-level programming with expert understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols.

Lead CNO Analyst/Programmers in daily tasks and project execution.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Technical degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (required).

Technical Skills:

Experience with programming languages and associated technology stacks, including Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
