Pay: $20–$30/hour

Full-Time Long-Term Opportunity

Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm

CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machinery according to specifications

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers

Work with tight tolerances and perform quality checks

Use precision measuring tools including calipers and other inspection equipment

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Assist in cross-training and support multiple machines as needed

Qualifications:

3–5 years of CNC machine operation experience

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Ability to hold tight tolerances and perform accurate measurements

Proficient with calipers and other measuring tools

Comfortable using computers and entering production data

Reliable attendance and strong punctuality

Team-oriented mindset
