We are hiring a Coating Operator – Manufacturing Technician in Hopewell Junction, NY to support critical production runs and ensure high-quality coating processes. This hands-on manufacturing role is ideal for candidates with prior manufacturing or machine operation experience who enjoy troubleshooting, working with equipment, and being part of a precision-driven production environment.

What You’ll Do

Operate coating chambers and equipment for critical production jobs

Verify work orders, tooling setups, and chamber readiness before each run

Identify, document, and troubleshoot coating defects or process issues

Partner with engineering to support process improvements, trials, and optimization

Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment condition tracking

Maintain accurate production logs and communicate status updates to leadership

Follow safety protocols and wear required PPEWhat We’re Looking For

Prior manufacturing or production experience required

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Comfortable operating machinery and troubleshooting process issues

Ability to follow technical instructions and document work accurately

Team-oriented with clear communication skillsWorking Conditions & Physical Requirements

Indoor, climate-controlled manufacturing environment

Standing for extended periods

Lifting up to 30 lbs as needed
