What You’ll Do

Lead commercial HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout

Oversee hydronic systems including boilers, pumps, piping, chillers, and controls

Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and reporting

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and code compliance

Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

Provide clear, consistent project updates to stakeholders

What You Bring

5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC projects

Strong hands-on knowledge of hydronic systems (required)

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Proficiency with project management software

PMP certification is a plus
