What you can expect in this role:

You will be the voice of our clients – including major brands, for example, in the financial sector.

What you bring to the table:

You will receive comprehensive on-site training from us to prepare you for your daily work. However, you should also possess the following qualifications:

Native-level German skills, both written and spoken

Excellent communication skills

Customer service experience is an advantage

Good organizational skills

Proficient in MS Excel

Work permit for Cyprus
