Join Our Team as a Line Cook at Mudlick Tap House!

Looking to be part of a growing brand with a passion for mindfully sourced food, handcrafted cocktails and craft beer? We are a Gastropub and pride ourselves on our scratch kitchen. Our culinary team is focused, hardworking, and able to provide a timely, high-quality product in a high-volume environment. We're on the hunt for the perfect fit for a line/prep cook. Experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be familiar with fry, grill, and sauté station operations, have excellent knife skills, and be highly attentive to detail. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food sanitation is preferred. Pay commensurate with experience.What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Line Cook at Mudlick Tap House, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional dining experience our guests have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.

- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout service.

- Following recipes and presentation standards to ensure every dish is a masterpiece.

- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times.What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and passion to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar culinary environment.

- A strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
