The NOW Massage Worthington is seeking a Weekend Licensed Massage Therapist to support our high-demand Saturday and Sunday services.

This role is ideal for therapists who:

Prefer focused, weekend-only availability

Want steady bookings during peak demand days

Value a calm, supportive boutique environment

Are looking for strong earning potential without a full-time commitmentResponsibilities

Deliver high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to guest needs

Perform modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching techniques (based on training and certification)

Create a welcoming and professional guest experience

Maintain treatment rooms and follow boutique standards

(All supplies are provided)

Contribute positively to a collaborative team environmentQualifications

Active massage license or certification in the state of practice

(Must be presented during the interview and maintained throughout employment)

Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; additional modalities are a plus

Strong reliability and consistency for weekend shifts

Availability during prime earning periods, including weekends and holidays

Passion for wellness, guest care, and professional servicePhysical Requirements

This role requires:

Sustained mobility for several hours per shift

Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting

Strong manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity

Ability to perform massage services and room resets safely and effectivelyCompensation
