As a part of our Transformation Excellence team, you'll work closely with experts dedicated to the Resources Industry, collaborating with clients in Utilities, Energy, and Chemicals & Natural Resources to address their unique challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of technology-driven transformations with a focus on value realization.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of technology platforms relevant to our client's industry, guiding them to well-defined, value-rich targets.

Utilize your knowledge of Cloud, Data, or Security to build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology sectors, supporting quick, effective decision-making.

Act as a liaison between program stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize client value.

Manage complex programs aimed at value realization across various dimensions including financial, experiential, and sustainability.

As a Manager, Your Role Will Include:

Overseeing transformation management across multiple domains as the primary advisory partner.

Facilitating design thinking and customer journey workshops to help create transformation roadmaps and strategies.

Gaining insights into organizational culture to inform change management.

Developing expertise in targeted technology areas while remaining knowledgeable across broader domains to resolve mid-management issues.

Defining the value of transformations and establishing metrics for success measurement.

Contributing to thought leadership within Technology Strategy & Advisory.

Willingness to travel up to 80% as necessary.

What You Need:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in transformation programs, focusing on value management/realization and success metrics.

A minimum of 5 years experience in creating investment cases with a focus on value.

At least 2 years of advisory experience at a consulting firm.

A minimum of 1 year in facilitating design thinking and customer journey workshops.

1 year of experience developing Cloud and Digital roadmaps.

A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Bonus Points If You Have:

An MBA or equivalent graduate degree.

Public Cloud certifications (AWS, MS Azure, GCP).

SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification.

Experience in Cloud economics and its impact on IT financial management.
