• Demonstrate hands-on experience in one or more Vision Plus modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS+ITS, or VMX).

• Assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate technology solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

• Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills in a collaborative team environment.

• Leverage domain knowledge in Financial Services (FS) to enhance solution relevance and impact
