Job Description
Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence in Engineering & Manufacturing processes.
Analyse current workflows to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvement initiatives including Lead root-cause and corrective actions
Monitor key performance indicators and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

Responsible for ensuring the execution of findings of accident investigations and safety alerts
Ensure policies and processes are deployed uniformly
Actively leads the daily huddle process
Lead problem solving events
Create a standard for plant process and ensure entire team are properly trained, resourced, supplied, and managed to attain the objectives

The Successful Applicant
KPIS management SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation,)
5 years in a management role with a manufacturing background
Bachelors Degree required
Lean manufacturing experience is required Preferred
ERP/SAP
Masters or higher Education
Bilingual - Spanish What's on Offer
