Overview:
Softtek Government Solution's Technology Service Division is looking for a Full Stack SharePoint Developer to join our federal technology services practice. We are looking for a consummate professional that can confidently own entire Microsoft SharePoint solutions from design through technical support. In this role, you will design, program, testing, and deploy custom Microsoft SharePoint solutions in C#. NET Framework, ASP.NET, Microsoft Server-Side Object Model (SSOM) for a Gov't agency in Washington, DC. You will work directly with the government's product owner to analyze user stories, conduct agile estimation. You will collaborate with an agile team of UI/UX Designers, Database Developers, and DevOps Engineers. This role will be required to work on the client's site in an unclassified office environment and in a classified environment (i.e., SCIF). You will be onsite at the customer offices Monday through Friday in downtown Washington, DC, near the Farragut West metro station.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, programming, and deployment enterprise SharePoint applications and solutions according to customer business requirements and technical constraints
Administer, configure and customize Microsoft SharePoint and support SharePoint environments, including site collections, permissions, and user accounts.
Monitor SharePoint performance, perform regular maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure SharePoint security and compliance with organizational policies.
Monitor and troubleshoot solution performance and issues.
Documents and demonstrates technical solutions Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proof of active CompTIA Security+ certification prior to employment Required Experience:
5+ years of experience in C# Programming, C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft Server-Side Object Model (SSOM), Microsoft .NET Framework, SharePoint, Microsoft SharePoint administration
Expert knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Nintex workflows, Microsoft Office software
Experience in performing SharePoint installations, migrations, and SharePoint Add-in installation
Attention to detail, ability to self-manage, check own work, and maintain quality
Very high level of verbal language proficiency
Preference given to large company or consulting experience in Federal government sector
Ability to convincingly explain the rationale for technology decisions
Full-time employees (no 1099 or Corp-to-Corp)
US Citizenship Required Clearance:
Preference given to candidates with a Top-Secret clearance (active or recently active)
Must be able to pass background screening and re-investigation
Must be able to work in a SCIF
