Job Title: PEGA CLM Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Client Industry: Financial Services

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Schedule: Standard Time(8 AM to 5 PM EST)

MUST HAVES

5-8 years' experience with Pega Development ( best people would go from Java Developer to Pega) not looking for people that can just configure data.

Strong understanding of banking processes and regulations, mainly in CLM.- ( commercial banking/ Financial experience)

Experience with Software Methodologies ( agile, Scrum)

Good Communication skills to collaborate with teams

Ability to analyze requirements and translate them within Pega platform DAY to DAY

Design and Develop PEGA CLM applications to meet business requirements

Collaborating with business analyst, architect and other developers to understand and refine requirements.

Implement and customizing Pega CLM workflows, user interfaces, and integrations with other systems.

Testing and debugging applications to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Supporting/ Maintaining update for existing PEGA CLM applications. Compensation

Hourly Rate: $65 - $70 per hour

This reflects base compensation and may vary based on candidate qualifications. Benefits
