Job DescriptionSchedule & Planning Responsibilities:
Partner with the Project Manager to create, update, and manage all project schedules
Develop a Master Project Schedule, understanding required construction activities and logical sequencing
Perform daily unit inspections and maintain a three-week schedule, sharing updates with the owner, subcontractors, and suppliers On-Site Supervision & Quality Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site subcontractors and coordinate their work
Serve as a quality control representative, ensuring deficient or substandard work is corrected
Mediate issues between subcontractors, suppliers, and staff
Administer first aid on-site as needed
Approve material requests and deliveries
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing field construction processes
Walk and coordinate with 3rd-party inspectors (e.g., geo-tech, structural engineer, fireproofing consultant) for activities under your supervision

3-15 years of relevant construction experience
previous Multifamily or Podium Deck/Post Tension experience preferred
Proven experience managing projects successfully from start to finish
Team leader with effective communication skills
Previous multifamily experience
Construction Management degree preferred
Construction software knowledge What's on Offer

Base salary $120,000 - $145,000
Bonus (typically between 9-12%)
