Job Description
Lead healthcare construction projects valued at $20M+, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.
Prepare and present regular project reports to leadership.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A results-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
