ASSOCIATE DENTIST

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, collaborate with our dedicated team, and contribute to maintaining our practice’s reputation for excellent patient service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform full scope of general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and restorative work.

Diagnose dental conditions and develop personalized treatment plans in consultation with patients.

Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term dental health.

Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal patient flow.

Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards set by the Philippine Dental Association (PDA) and relevant health authorities.

Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures.

Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, addressing concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout treatment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school in the Philippines.

Valid professional license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and current PDA membership.

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates with strong clinical skills will also be considered).

Knowledge of modern dental equipment and practice management systems.

Excellent diagnostic, technical, and communication skills.

Commitment to ethical dental practice and patient-centered care.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
