What You'll Do
As a Kitchen Manager, you will:
Lead and manage all back-of-house operations
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met every shift
Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
Control food cost, waste, and inventory
Manage ordering, receiving, and proper storage procedures
Coach, train, and develop kitchen team members
Build morale and maintain a positive, high-energy kitchen culture
Ensure ticket times and execution meet company expectations
Work closely with the front-of-house management team to ensure seamless guest experiences
Drive profit-minded kitchen operations while maintaining quality You'll be a hands-on leader who sets the pace, maintains standards, and develops a strong, dependable team.

Strong communication and organizational skills
Restaurant management experience preferred (but not required)
