Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Light Industrial Superintendent
Lead all daily field operations and ensure work is performed safely and efficiently
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain schedule alignment
Conduct daily site walks, quality control checks, and progress documentation
Run onsite meetings with project owners, inspectors, and internal teams
Maintain a clean, organized jobsite that reflects company standards
Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving forward
Review drawings, identify conflicts, and coordinate solutions
Track material deliveries and ensure accurate installation
Enforce company safety programs and conduct toolbox talks

The Successful Applicant
Required Qualifications - Light Industrial Superintendent
5+ years of field experience in commercial or light industrial construction
Proven success managing subcontractors and daily jobsite operations
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing
Excellent communication skills with owners, architects, and field teams
Ability to maintain professionalism and accountability on fastpaced sites
OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain) What's on Offer

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 (based on experience)
