About the Role
In this contingent role, you will support large-scale Software Engineering initiatives and provide strategic technical consultation across complex projects. You will evaluate multifaceted engineering challenges, contribute to technical decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality solutions.
What You'll Do
Partner on large, complex engineering initiatives with significant impact across teams and systems.
Review, analyze, and assess software engineering challenges that require deep technical insight, including ambiguous or first-of-their-kind scenarios.
Provide expert input to help shape solutions for complex, multi-layered engineering problems.
Ensure that deliverables meet organizational standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with client stakeholders to provide strategic guidance, technical recommendations, and engineering best practices.Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience gained through a combination of work, consulting engagements, training, military service, or education.
Strong proficiency with React and modern front-end engineering practices.
