Software Developer - C++/GPU

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Software Developer - C++/GPU for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid role. Also open to Seattle, WA and San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities :

Work on developing GPU components for the video processing pipeline

Work on architecting, coding and productizing the high-performance GPU components

Work on ensuring the highest quality, performance and scalability

Collaborate with global teams on a regular basis

Required Skills :

5+ years' experience in Software Engineering

GPU programming skills with working knowledge of CUDA, Metal and OpenCL

Strong proficiency in C++, working in large and complex codebase on Mac or Windows

Strong knowledge of high performance computing and modern GPU processing paradigms

Knowledge of video processing

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working in a global environment

Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
