Key Objectives

Manage logistics, documentation, and reporting to maintain operational transparency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to standards.
Collaborate with various teams including sales, finance, and customer service to facilitate seamless workflow.
Maintain and update operational records, databases, and reports to support decision-making.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to optimize efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships and support procurement activities as needed.
Prepare and distribute internal communications related to operational updates and initiatives.
Support event planning and execution for internal meetings or external engagements.
Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience (2+ years) in operations coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
